1\. นักศึกษาเข้าเว็บไซต์ <https://reg.kku.ac.th> เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยรหัสนักศึกษา&#x20;

2\. กด Sign up ที่  KKUMAIL ให้กรอกอีเมลของเองที่มีอยู่เดิมเพื่อเป็นอีเมลสำรองเป็นการใช้งานในครั้งแรก &#x20;

3\. ระบบจะสร้างชื่อเมลให้ หลังจากที่นักศึกษาทำการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษาเรียบร้อยแล้ว&#x20;

4\. คลิกที่ activate เพื่อเปิดใช้งานครั้งแรก ระบบจะนำสู่การตั้งรหัสผ่านใหม่

5\. ให้เลือกการส่งลิงก์ให้ทางอีเมลเพื่อกำหนดรหัสผ่านใหม่  และให้เปิดลิงก์ที่ได้รับในอีเมลสำรองที่ได้ให้ไว้ในข้อ 2

6\. ให้ทำการตั้งรหัสผ่าน KKUMAIL ครั้งแรก การเปิดใช้งาน KKUMAIL เป็นอันสมบูรณ์
